Any person who manages a human being, at any level, is able to do this course. We train managers at every level - from brand-new team leads to seasoned executives. The only requirement is that they’re open to learning and ready to take responsibility for their area.

The course is delivered live (either in-person or online), across half-day sessions. It’s interactive, practical, and includes exercises, real examples, and guided application of the toolkit. Every participant also gets access to the full template library to support implementation.
